Product Questions:

1) What is a ZenWrap™? A ZenWrap™ is a modern, American take on a furoshiki- a traditional Japanese fabric square used for versatile wrapping purposes. Furoshikis have a long history abroad, but have only recently become popular in western culture. The green revolution is allowing "enlightened" consumers to make eco-friendly, progressive choices to help transform bad habits, such as using virgin trees to wrap our gifts, into new good habits that reduce waste and help us do our part for a better world.

2) How do I use a ZenWrap™ to wrap my gifts? See our "How To" page for detailed furoshiki techniques. It is fun and rewarding to learn how to wrap with fabric, and quite easy! You can also download a PDF and print it out for handy use.

3) Do you keep the ZenWrap after the recipient has opened it? What if I want to give it as part of the gift? In Japan, it is traditional that everyone's furoshiki is their own, and it is returned to the giver after opening. We decided it would be best to include an ownership line on our care label, so you may write your name on the ZenWrap to ensure it gets returned to it's owner. If you wish to give it away as part of the gift, simply put the recipients name on the label instead.

4) What size should I get? How do I know if it will fit the item I wish to wrap? Our ZenWrap™ line currently features a 27 in by 27 in Medium, and a 45 in by 45 in Large. These are the most common and useful sizes in Japan, so they are the best mainstream offerings. Since you can wrap almost any object using different furoshiki techniques, there is no exact science to measuring what will fit.

5) How do I care for the ZenWrap? Just a regular cold wash and tumble dry when it gets dirty, and a cool iron when it gets wrinkled from being wrapped. If you take care of your ZenWrap™, it will last for years for reuse over and over again.

6) What if I have a problem with my order? Just email our Service manager and they will ensure you get taken care of properly. Almost all problems are easily resolved through email, so don't worry, we'll take good care of you.

7) How quickly will I receive my items? For retail items, they will ship as soon as payment clears (usually 1-3 Business Days) by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service. Generally you will receive items within one week. Wholesale orders may be sent via Parcel Post and may take up to 2 weeks for shipping after placing an order.

8) What about gift tags? Since you'll be wrapping with fabric instead of paper, it is unlikely you will be able to use conventional gift labels. Our design team has created a "gift tag set" available in the Accessories section of our boutique that includes a gorgeous colored glass hook available in 35 different designs and 10 recycled paper/hemp gift tags that attach easily onto your ZenWrap™. The hook can be reused over and over again, and can be color coordinated to match your ZenWrap7trade;!

Wholesale Questions:

1) Can I purchase your products for wholesale pricing? Yes, once you register with us and have a valid account, you may purchase through our boutique with a special wholesale code. Emal our Wholesale Account Manager to register.
2) Do you drop ship? No we do not offer drop shipping at this time.

3) Can your products be customized for my company? No, we are not a promotional company. Fabric gift wrap isn't the best vehicle for a corporate branding campaign, but may be used successfully in conjunction with a promotional event (such as wrapping promotional materials in the wrap). We would be happy to assist with any ideas or suggestions, and can always offer wholesale pricing on bulk orders for larger events.
